These terms apply to SureQuill, a service of DILENS LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. The service is for businesses only, not for consumers.
1. The service
SureQuill drafts answers to security questionnaires from the information you give us in your checklist, and offers a simple public trust page. You upload a questionnaire (Excel, Word or a PDF with selectable text), we detect the questions, draft answers with the help of an AI model, and you review, edit and approve every answer before you export the file.
We draft answers only from the information in your checklist and your answer library. Where that information is missing, the answer is marked for your input instead of being guessed.
2. Your responsibility for the answers
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and of every answer you approve and send to your customers. Before each export you confirm that you have reviewed the answers.
The service does not replace a certification, an audit or legal advice. Answers are drafts until you approve them.
Answers are drafted with the help of an AI model. AI can make mistakes: a draft can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even where it is not marked for your input. Check every answer against the facts before you approve it. We are not liable for answers you approved and sent.
3. Prices and payment
Questionnaires are paid per file before the draft starts: 99 USD for up to 150 questions, 199 USD for up to 400 questions. Larger files are priced on request.
The trust page costs 49 USD per month. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the page stays online for 7 days after the subscription ends and is then taken offline.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply.
4. Money-back guarantee
If you can't use the draft of your first questionnaire, write to support@surequill.com within 14 days of delivery and we refund the price in full. This applies once per customer.
5. Delivery
The draft usually starts right after payment and is ready within 48 hours. If a draft can't be completed for technical reasons, we tell you by email and complete it or refund you.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the files, checklist entries and answers you provide. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service.
Only upload files you are allowed to share with us. Questionnaire text is treated as data, not as instructions: requests inside a questionnaire to change how answers are drafted are ignored.
Our processing of personal data in your content is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful content, don't try to access other customers' data, and don't interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or where the law doesn't allow it.
9. Term and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. This deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except payment records we must keep.
We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email; paid questionnaires in progress are completed or refunded.
10. Changes and law
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
